Went in for long bob cut and highlights and results was orange hair. Customer service said they would talk to stylist to see if refund would be warranted. I paid $200. They did offer a “fix” but they offered the fix on the 7th of February. I could not walk around with messed up hair for over a week. My hair was fixed with a completely different stylist on February 4th. The original date of service was January 29th. I deserve a refund! At least partial because I do understand products were used. But for anyone looking to go to this place don’t do it! They will mess your hair up and will avoid fixing. Actually going to reach out to board and do whatever it takes to get my hard earned Money.

Worst experience ever! Told the lady how I wanted my hair cut and she almost cut it all off. She turned me from the mirror and would not let me see and by the time I saw it she had cut it so short. I shared my disappointment with it and her response was “ is that good ”. I mean seriously how rude. Never again will I go there or refer anyone to there. They are so rude!I knew I should not have gone there again this is not the first time but will be the last. I was trying to give them the Benefit of the doubt but never ever again! Horrible

I had an appt with one person upon arrival I was handed to another girl who was kind and tried her best. I wanted a few low lights. They added moca brown I went in on Wed and by Sun the color was already fading. I called the salon they gave me a nonworking phone number to call and a incorrect email. They took my name and number and have not received any call back from anyone. Its sad how they are quick at charging for the service but not at fixing the problem. I made an appointment with SmartStyle in the Walmart in Hobbs New Mexico for 10:45 am they were supposed to open at 9 am when I got there at 10:30 am they were still closed the owner of this location never showed up didn’t give me a notice nor gave walmart a notice of absence I’m very disappointedService: Hair coloring

All the girls here are so sweet and so welcoming.. they have one of the BEST haircuts!!And since Amanda came she upped the service given here like the best of the best!!!She's so amazing at her job, she gives the most AWESOME haircuts and so fast!!!Kids love her too and she rubs the place like a pro!! First time I was there was 2 weeks ago for my sons hair and the person cutting his hair was rushing and kept asking the girl next to her if it look ok like she wasn’t sure what she was doing, hair turn up all right so I didn’t really care. Is convenient because is inside Walmart so I stopped again today she told me it was 1 hour 30 mins wait but she kept putting other people first, and when she finally called my name she said never mind wait it was Marcus first, obviously there wasn’t any Marcus and the she said and after Marcus a guy that had got there less than 15 mins before Named Isaac ? whatever I was like I get you, you don’t like cutting kids hairs, she had cut some family little ones before and they were crying, mine are older kids, after that I understood ?Service: Haircut

If you go to the Smart style in Hobbs I highly recommend booking with Mario!!! He is professional and does exactly what you want while giving helpful tips! If he's busy he's worth the wait to get in with him.

Brittany took care of my daughter. Mario messed up her hair the day before apparently he didn't know how to cut hair and was asking how while he was cutting it. I wasn't their because it would have been a different story. I wasn't going to write here I never ever leave reviews. but it's d*** the manager called me and all I heard was excuses as of why he cut my daughters hair like that, that he only specializes in fades and that he is still learning. but why learn with a paying customer ? . I didn't realize customers were students that had to pay for stylist to practice. but o well don't recommend them. I would expected a simple I'm sorry we messed up and that's it, but all I got was excuses as to why they messed up. once an excuse always and excuse. hope he learns no hard feelings towards him. but he shouldn't be doing a job he doesn't know how to, till he learns how to. and not use customers to learn.
