Absolutely horrible experience, I called 6 times and the phone didn’t get picked up a single time to ask if they had a FPDM in stock, and instead of answering and putting me on hold they refused to answer. I had to walk 20 minutes to the store to see if they had the part bc the other stores didn’t, I walk in and see 1 customer, and 3 employees (2m 1f) one helping the customer and the other two not doing anything. I proceed to hear the phone ring and nobody answered it. Absolutely horrible O’Reillys.

Yall never answer the phone. Good thing the other parts stores pick up 1st call.. terrible store. Dont waste your time. Just call the others 1st.

There's never any cashier's to attend to customers. Employees see you but act like their busy to provide any kind of help. Calling is even worse, takes them more then five minutes to answer and if your lucky to get through they put you on hold nearly 30 minutes and instead of checking to see if anyone's on the line they just hang up the phone.

The service was great. I didn't have to wait in line for long at all yesterday. They had the starter in stock that I needed and the price of the starter wasn't bad at all. Thank you for helping me O'Reilly's.

They deserve no stars. Ivan closed the store as we walked up to the doors 5 minutes before closing while people where still in the building shopping.

Purchased on 2 occasions, a window motor assembly, which was in stock and ordered a jack kit, which was shipped from out of state to the store, and I picked it up the next day. Both were priced reasonable, and the woman at the counter was cool. The only thing I didn't like was that I called 6 times from out of town to see if my jack kit had arrived, and 5 times within 1.5 hours, they would pick the phone up and hang up on me.
