At least two of the house ‘supervisors’ are on power trips. Tammy is one of the names. Older lady with blue contacts who drives a red truck. They think they are your boss. Had to leave before getting help because she was insufferable. Been here twice and never received help like they say they will help you with resources. They don’t care about you or your story. They just collect donations. The actual shelter house is a joke. The office workers don’t care and jus want you out of their offices. They treat you like a child and don’t care what you are going through. Seek help at your own risk.

This place is a real joke. They will hurry up and help you so they don't have to sit with you in their office anymore. Then they never return calls or never do what they claim they are going to do. This place should seriously be shut down especially since they claim to help those in need of domestic violence situations.

While the did attempt to assist me I was made to feel as if ut was my fault i was there. I had stayed one time before but had left and the second time I attempted to stay the gave me a week but denora made me feel so low and that it was my fault for being abused

This place is no good. They say there there to help. But they pass judgement on you. And threatened to call CPS on you. They also follow you whereever u go. Never again.

I have had the pleasure of working with Option for several years now and can say that we do our best to help those involved with domestic violence. Our shelter takes in those seeking help getting away from their abusers and these situations can be tough for the survivors going through this experience. Some may not feel comfortable with the rules in place to help keep them safe and get them back on their feet but we do our best to help them adjust.
