I have rented cars from National for over 10 years. I have always enjoyed the cars and how easy they make getting a car. However since I have moved to Hobbs New Mexico and deal with employees from Enterprise the service has been a little weak. I wish there was a way on the app to stop a car rental or scan when you drop of the car off to stop charges. That way when they have limited hours, people do not get over charged. They don't check the key return by 12 pm on a daily bases, it could be the next day so I often get charged an extra day. This last rental I had to stop in the middle of nowhere Texas and put oil the car because the low oil light came on. I called in they told me to fix it and turn around drive 2 hours back to change the car out. I was on a tight schedule and could not do that. However the added oil fixed the issue and was good the rest of the weekend. I have not ever had issues like this before.

H ad to wait for 45 mins for a person to help me, the car was ok, but wasnt full on gas.

The web site and your google map page has this location open on Sunday. The office closes from noon to 6pm. So flights arriving at 1pm cannot get a car for hours.
