DO NOT GO HERE! The representatives are very rude and they are NOT about their policies couldn’t even give me a managers number. Destiny and Erika do not know how to do their job. Put me on the phone with a “manager” that said her store location was too personal to give. She also wouldn’t give her name. They said that we would have to drive to Texas in order to talk to someone who could help.

Sorry place his phone will not pair to a bluetooth and his internet box will not work. We went up there they do not want to help or even refund his money or give him a new phone. I would not recommend them to anyone

Metro is by far the worst phone company available. Metro has no customer service number with humans. So cheap. If your service is off metro doesn't even provide enough signal to pay your bill. The website is also broken. When attempting to activate a new phone there is no way to get past the first step. The website will not provide any option to select your preferred area code. Customer service says to call *228 from desired device. Once dialed the call is immediately ended before it is even placed. Why do customers have to go into a store to get any type of service? On that note none of the metro pcs by T-mobile stores list the operating hours. Absolutely horrible. At least everything is somewhat cheap. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
