Beautiful flowers arrived on time

Ordered a funeral spray for delivery directly with the shop over the phone. Close to $300. Requested all white roses, carnations and lilies. Called to confirm that it was delivered, and it was, but the person who answered the phone could only tell me that the arrangement that we paid for contained carnations, daisies and lilies with greenery filler. At least it got there, but extremely disappointed with the substitutions.
