Thanks for nothing is the answer you get if you don’t buy nothing ( I was in store less than a minute , asked for a certain type of battery , they only had one I didn’t need and the “lady” said thanks for nothing like if 20 seconds was a waist of time for her , I use to get 30 + batteries every 2-3 months here , not anymore .

Worst customer service ever. I purchased and installed a battery for an elderly woman vehicle. Customer service informed me of the importance of having the receipt in the vehicle. So I photographed it went to get the core. I was refused it cause they wanted the physical receipt, even though it was the person I purchased it from she recognized me and remembered my purchase and still refused to give me my core charge.
