He fixed it then explained and showed me what he replaced. I was having issues connecting my ring camera to wifi due to wifi weak signal. She was very knowledgeable about the products and plans they were offering, she made sure we got all the discounts we were eligible for (some we didn't even know about). She asked a lot of questions to make sure we were getting the best plan for our family.
