    My insurance made me change to HME to get my daughter's formula. I never had problems with the previous place we used. But now that we have to use HME I have so many problems. They don't communicate with the insurance company and my child's pediatrician very well. It's so frustrating.

    These people are true angels. I left my Cpap mask at home in Louisiana and they helped me get another mask. Very kind hearted people.

    Lady in front is rude we had covid and I was unable to go pick up my crutches after waiting 2 weeks for them already and she called saying I needed to pick them up today or she was giving em to the next person
