“This Allsup's review is mainly for the consistently good service that I get.The employees usually greet me when I walk in. If not, it's because they are swamped. At the register they are friendly and fast.I'm usually here to pick up a case of beer or lotto scratchers for my kids when they make good grades. Oh, and their 10-lb. bags of ice. The last one I got was under $2.50.Also, this is the cheapest gas on this side of town. The lowest I've seen it within about a year's time was back in December 2022 at $2.98 per unleaded gallon. The self-serve Alon gas station itself is fairly large. Diesel is available in both the car area plus there is a separate area for big rigs.Nearby is a decent park called Del Norte Park with a dog park on the east side. I said decent. It's gone downhill a bit, but I still walk my brother's dog there. Also next door is a car wash with self-serve stations, two drive-thru automatic stations, and a dog wash area. There really needs to be more cross walks in this area for the influx of pedestrians. So be careful of jaywalkers!”

“The hotel is good, I liked what I didn't like was the breakfast they offer in the cafeteria, the food tastes like burnt oil and they gave us burnt passages, everything is fried with too much used oil, you can feel it in the flavor.”

“The pumps always work and they offer free air if you have a flat tire! What's not to love?? I hardly ever go inside the store. I don't really know what their snack and drink selection is like. If you ever need gas, some diesel or free air I do recommend this place! ?”

“Hometown favorite! Hard to find these days however when I visit this always hits the spot. These chimichanga and beef burrito with taco sauce brings me back. Nothing better than a fried burrito smothered with taco sauce and ketchup with a root beer! Staff always friendly.”

“It's a great day to be alive... This Phillips 66 had hardly any patrons inside and none at the pumps on March 6, 2024. The cashier, Isabella, was really sweet and helpful. She's my favorite cashier in all of Hobbs! I picked up a newspaper ($1.50) and some Swisher cigars ($4.69 for 5-pack). Gas for my thirsty Jeep was $2.98 per gallon. The card reader and pump were both fast. Clean, organized store. Of course I'll be back!”

“Everything with the Alon station is great inventory, prices, and staff. The only issue is the machines I know the sun is brutal our here but the buttons get damaged and the screens get heat flare and at times makes it difficult to use.”

“On my way back home on 8/5/2023 I was asked to pick up for some Copenhagen snuff for the cowboy who came down to visit. A roll. Not just one can. Compared to a convenience shop near his hometown, this Stripes in Hobbs, NM sells it for considerably cheaper. Nearly half the price at $35.45. There is quick friendly service at the register. Tap pay works with credit cards. There is a Phillips 66 gas station available. Parking is free with plenty of space out front or on the sides. Maybe someday soon I'll get up the courage to try their Laredo Taco Company which is inside all Stripes stores...”

“I've never been to any store that *** have to refuse any service because of policies or doing as they are told by management, except the store except the one on main street, where they had an employee who *** have history of knowing me or thinking they know me, or of someone or anyone, except that one. Most businesses the other employees ******** help resolve the issue or let a member of management know of the day and situation so it can be corrected or make sure they can stand by the employees choices to the fullest.”

“Very convenient location. No store. Their pumps are always in good working order and always have gas. They have free air as well, which is better than most stations today.”

“I stopped here to fill up for gas it was affordable as I was on a trip that was like 300 miles so I made sure I stopped at gas stations that were good on gas prices at the same time their employees are very friendly they have restrooms available and parking if you need to stop and rest they have no problems with you being out there parked. And like I said before I will be making stops at this place and my future trips”

“This Allsup's has several rows of pumps. It's easy to get in and out of with all sorts and sizes of vehicles. On February 21, 2024, fuel by Alon was $2.90 for unleaded, $3.20 for unleaded plus, and $3.50 for super unleaded. The unleaded here is 87 instead of 86 octane which is at most pumps here in Hobbs, NM. My Jeep manual recommends 87. Big rigs have a separate fueling area on the north side that is accessible from two different entrances. The convenience store has all the basic necessities and the staff members are decent. Restrooms inside. Great pit stop heading east towards Texas or coming back home for me. TIP Open 24-hours a day. Happy Leap Day!”

“There was an employee that was rude all the time. Never greeted customers, nor smiled, never said thank you. I noticed she's not there anymore.
The others are always super nice, smiling, they offer products, which lucky they mention something I was needing. Remind you of your points and ask if you'd like use. Which definitely saves you a little on gas or get your free drink.
Fabulous job ladies and gentlemen.
Keep up the great work.”

“Driver experience. I found this Pilot to be fairly clean and friendly. There's only 3 showers, but mine was spacious and clean and had decent water temperature and pressure. There are A LOT of oil field trucks, and it seems like the truck parking was designed for them, the spaces are short and the lot fairly tight. Your food options are Subway and PJ Fresh. There is laundry that works but gets destroyed by oil field drivers. There's not really any "grass," it's the desert, so hopefully, your dog is good going on sand. If you're a driver and need a stop, this isn't a bad place to be in Hobbs”
