I wish that when I came to this Home Depot the employees smiled more and looked me in my eyes.I wish when the employees walked by they'd ask if I needed assistance. I wish I could find weird items like outdoor faucet covers without other boxes, displays, and employees-only ladders being in the way. There have been a couple times when I stopped an employee in their tracks because I had already milled around, for instance, the paint counter for several minutes without any help. I would appreciate instead of annoyed sighs and more waiting for yet another employee to come assist me that all the employees would initiate confident attitudes without any complaints about how busy they've been or who should have been to be there to help me.When I paid for baseboards to be delivered this past July, I got no follow-up as to why my delivery date was delayed a day later. The customer service representative I spoke to had no information on her end either. It's frustrating at times to shop here, so I always try to do my homework beforehand or bring my brother who is a great handyman. I love Milwaukee tools. Some are locked up so you'll have to wait for assistance. Bring your patience. Reward yourself with a beer afterwards. Lol. Parking is ample for trucks/trailers. Please everyone slow down for older folks and families with kids. Thank you!

The 5 star is for the Lot Attendant Jose. I came in to purchase material for my business and as I was coming out of the store this gentleman saw me struggling with my cart and asked me if I needed help. Jose helped me and his customer service was outstanding. I wish we see more employees like Jose that offer to help because at this store employees see you looking for something and they don't offer to help you at all. Thank you Jose!!

This 5 star review has nothing to do with the store but with the employee DARIUS. I came into the paint department today looking for red field paint. Darius was immediate to ask me if I needed help unlike the other 4 employees that walked passed me. I needed 5 cans of red paint and they only has 2 cans. DARIUS preceded to lay on the ground looking all the way in the back of the shelf helping me find 3 more cans. Eventually 3 more cans were found after looking for 20min thanks to DARIUS!!! Darius deserve a gold star and a raise!! The only employee that wants to work and help people!!

Had to wait over 30 minutes for a paint person to come help us despite being pages 4 times. Completely unacceptable.

This has been my go to store since we moved into the area. Normally they are great! Today, I was being helped by an associate in paints; when it came time to mix a color ... he disappeared. At first I just thought he ran to the bathroom because up to that point, he'd been über busy. After almost 45 minutes, 4 intercom calls and an associate calling another paint associtate, I got my paint mixed. I would've left but I'm from out of time and Lowe's doesn't carry the brand I needed

Yesterday my sister went to Home Depot and the lady at the entrance to the garden area counting people was very rude to her. She needed assistance in loading up some heavy bags of potting soil and asked her if someone could assist her in loading up some potting soil and her reply was “and what do you want me to do about it” was her reply. She sounded very rude and ugly. It was early in the morning and not packed at all. If she would of said that she couldn’t assist me and possibly call someone else, that would of been fine, but her remark was very rude. We are all under stress and we all need to be considerate during these times. She probably was tired and probably has had rude people to deal with and I guess yesterday she decided to take it out on my sister.

Plumbing isle is in such disarray you can't find anything Nothing is where it belongs. You have to dig thru boxes to find what is supposed to be in the box. The replacement parts that are hanging is in terrible shape. Stock everywhere. Isle 9 bays 4 to 16 is a disaster

After spending over $2800 down the street and having to load all myself, we ventured in looking for tile with low expectations. Thankfully DAVID not only helped us pick a tile, but loaded it and explained other items that saved me yet another trip to the store! He allowed us time to look, then came in with recommendations, yet not over pushy, and helped us from start to finish, even tying down things in the back of my truck. Thank you David — if only you could teach customer service all over Hobbs!

We spent a lot of money on custom blinds, when the blinds FINALLY came in (after we paid Home Depot to come out and do all the measurements for us) two of them were ten inches too short and the others didn't come with the mounting brackets so we still don't have any of our very expensive blinds hung and we can't get Home Depot to give us an answer on anything! I'm putting a complaint into their corporate today so that maybe we can get some answers.

Decent selection of pots although overpriced in my opinion. In the midst of winter the plants are mostly indoors with the exception of a few cacti in the outdoor portion of the garden center. The indoor plants are appealing and healthy looking.

I pickup up an exterior door I ordered today from the Hobbs store and the two arrogant people that loaded it for me was so rude! They had an attitude because I refused to drive with my door standing straight up on a pallet 70 miles. They got pissy because they had to cut off wrapping paper that took 30 seconds. Then they starting crying because they didnt have a screwdriver which they did not need I started to tell them step inside about 10 feet anf you will find a store full of them. So thanks for the horrible service and two crappy employees !!!

The cashiers here make Walmart's look good... Lol can't figure out change when you give it to them. Very poor training. Why can't people count money. Bet they lose money everyday and the manager is about as clueless as the cashiers. Lol Make sure you check your cash back before you leave!!
