We were driving east on 180 to Hobbs, NM when we blew a tire on our fifth wheel camper. We have Good Sam Roadside service so I called them. It took 3 hours for them to get back to us and tell us they had someone coming but it would be 90 to 120 minutes before they would be there. I googled tire repair stores and found a Discount Tire and called. They said they could not help us but gave me the name and number of a place that could. We called and was told that their truck was out on a run headed our way and Vic said he would have the man stop and help us. Twenty minutes later he was there to help. We were able to get back on the road twenty minutes after that. Thank you Forrest Tire Company!

I've called them for help with a flat twice. Had zero issues and they responded fairly quickly. Both times I believe it was the same technician and he was great. 100% recommend.

Arrived at 4:15pm to swap my bad tire with my spare tire waited till 4:45pm and tech and I swapped the tires out. Person in office said it would be $40 for a mount and dismount. I told him both my tires are already mounted it was just a swap $25 to $40 at the most at any tire shop. Well went back in and waited 15 minutes to get checked out and he said $117 I said for a swap? He said it was an after-hours call. I said I have been here since 4:15 y'all close at 5 he said well $70 then. After he gave me a high $40 price to start. So I would very much not recommend this rip off tire shop. I am informing all the trucking companies I know not to go there at all as well and all the recycling and oil field demolition companies that work out here in west Texas and southeast New Mexico. Strait up con artist.
