Have an apt at 8pm right when they open. It's 830pm and the entire airport is closed. Can't even go in. They aren't open, but they close at 930pm. This is a work night and I need that car now. I set an apt for a reason. This was the only time I could pick it up. Absolutely horrible! Get your stuff together and honor your hours and apts.Update: It's the next morning. No manager ever contacted me or showed up last night. I emailed Marisa as per her request on the reply below, but still have not heard anything. I received a call from the N Grimes location whom said they noticed my flight was canceled and wanted to know if I still needed a rental. I told them I had no flight and I was renting a car because I needed one last night. They informed me that since the flights got canceled the airport enterprise didn't open up. They didn't bother to call and inform us. They just assumed we were on a flight which left us waiting in the cold on a Monday night for an hour and a half.Still have not heard from the manager of the airport location. This is really poor management and I hope this gets investigated fully.

I travel to Hob airport very frequently. When I round the corner and see Roxanne I know the process will be handled smoothly with a smile and great attitude. She is professional, courteous and friendly. I have mobility issues and she never hesitates to help me to my rental. Jordan is another exemplary agent. Friendly, helpful and polite. These 2 wonderful agents go above and beyond to help me each time. 5☆ all the way. Thank you for caring and coming to work.

The staff at this location seems to be incentivized to treat customers like garbage. I regularly am given keys to cars with flat tires, bumper covers falling off and unexplainable stenches living inside the vehicles. If you dare say anything to the counter agent, you are told, 'that's all the cars I have". If there was a way to fly into Hobbs and rent from absolutely anyone else, I would pay any price.

Worst place ever I showed up at 915pm for my reservation the lady told me the airport was closed while she was on the phone with whoever told me to comeback at 845pm tomorrow night now I call before going to get my rental no one answers the phone if you guys can’t find people to do the job get rid of the location because the people there are useless

Currently sitting here for 30 minutes during operational hours. No one is here, and no one is picking up the phones. Looks like I am not the only one with this experience. Fix it enterprise.

Do not count on a car from here. They have none for you if you don't make a reservation and if you did make a reservation for one, they might give it away to someone that gets there before you. I think they have 4 cars at this location. Better off flying into a bigger airport and driving to Hobbs. Also. The one taxi service in Hobbs is a joke. You risk being stranded if you fly into Hobbs.

Had reservations but got left at the airport with no car (out of cars) - several of us. They closed the door behind us and I had a 7:00 AM appointment at a remote site with no chance of getting there. About $400 later and a very dedicated Lyft driver that worked my schedule and the high dollar sales call may be saved. Won't risk Hobbs anymore - will fly in to Tx and drive Hertz in.

If you rent a car make sure you get it right away. I had a mix up with a reservation so I went and made a phone call and the guy was gone. This was 20 min ago, it's 1:23pm and the counter sign says they are open until 1:30. Now here I am waiting for a cab..
