There was this lady idk if it was male or female I literally have authorization to my account and told me that my sibling had to be here and he she even asked for my id, who does that? Are we required to have our ids to make changes to our accounts now? Its literally under my name and I even have my pin, that person is so lazy that ignores the customers I’ve been loyal with cricket for over 10 years and there was not a single time I had a problem till today i am so upset that I had to go all the way over there to not be treated right I called customer support and they didn’t even hesitate to help me they did everything I asked next time don’t come here just make a call to 611 this store is not worth it

Every time I call there's no answer. When I try to go make a payment their computers are always down , not working I suggested to them to update their system into a newer model. They take enough of our money, why can't they stay updated with good modemes, they're after all a wireless phone company??? What do you all think????????
