Not a great experience unfortunately. The office was a mess with kids running and throwing things. And I had been shopping around different shops for the lowest quote and they were charging more than double. Super upset because this came recommended. But defintely will not be back.

jj auto was very cordial they had to wait on the ins several day before they responded, I finally had to contact one if the main sups to help us becuz the adjuster they assigned me would not return call. I called several time and only once did he return call. worthless insurance with there customer service. But JJs auto was wonderful.

If I could rate no stars I would ? left all my wiring hanging out of my car when I got it back and they didn’t want to do anything about the melted wiring. Terrible, terrible service!!

I could’ve done a better job in 1/10th of the time. The quality is garbage, especially after 7 months sitting in the lot. Would not recommend.Services: Electrical

Work was good, but very slow and incomplete I have had to return my truck twice to get all work done. When I do take it for one minor part it takes two or three days. Very SLOW. Thanks but never again.Service: Body & Trim

Professional, friendly, honest service at a small locally owned shop.I was rear ended and able to use State Farm Insurance to pay for the body work. The folks at JJ's helped me navigate the whole insurance thing, they got the work done beautifully, and were honest and forthcoming with their communication along the way. Supply shortages and high demand amidst this Covid mess makes collision repair work that much more complicated.Even when inevitable slowdowns happened, the front desk administrator (Amber) was very helpful and made expectations clear. The owner (Joey) was responsive and detail oriented.I can easily recommend this shop! My car looks great and everyone working there was friendly and respectful.Services: Painting
