I needed new wipers for my vehicle and Silvy recommended some affordable and reliable wiper blades. Silvy also installed them for me (it was also snowing pretty hard). This young man was so kind and respectful. If I could give 6 stars I would!!”

“Andrew is the best! We had a cosmetic accident while on a road trip and, as such, didn't have much time to get anything repaired. We dropped the car off and asked (maybe pleaded!) for him to do what he can before he closed up shop for the day. “Not the best at communicating with customers. I pulled up to a stall for an oil change/tire rotation & waited 45-50 minutes before someone finally waited on me. The garage was empty for 25-30 minutes of that time. Granted, it was a Sunday morning on 7/2/23 (holiday weekend sort of). Once they got me in, they did the o/c & t/r in decent time with decent quality work. As always, Wally's is the best value even if the wait time is confusing. It costs more to preform my own o/c. My Wally's lifetime tire warranty covers the rotation & balance which is excellent value for extended tire life!”

“jj auto was very cordial they had to wait on the ins several day before they responded, I finally had to contact one if the main sups to help us becuz the adjuster they assigned me would not return call. I called several time and only once did he return call. worthless insurance with there customer service. But JJs auto was wonderful.”
