Terrible all around. I expected a lot more from the shop than what I got. Took my vehicle in for a glass repair for the back and front windshield, as the last person who replaced them installed cheap glass. First of all, he told my grandmother that my car would be finished within less than a week. After the week passed, I grew concerned and decided to call. (Something I've never had to do with my regular mechanic.) No phone call to notify me of any delays or updates on my vehicle. I called every week for nearly 6 WEEKS because he wouldn't give me a call or text to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. After 6 weeks, my glass was finally installed. However, they left my vehicle a DISASTER. Which can be due to the fact I was becoming impatient waiting for a miniscule plastic cover that doesn't make much of a difference. Why wait for a cover to clean my car, though? There's glass everywhere, duct tape marks all over the paint, black handprints all over the front panels of the interior, as well as dirt and scratches covering the inside of the doors(weren't there prior). AND the front glass isn't sealed correctly, I can hear the air coming through when driving on the freeway. Terrible customer service and installation. I do appreciate Jake answering my phone calls, at the very least. Come on man, people come to you to support local business... they trust you with their vehicles and pay your bills. The least yall can do is support those who give you the business you need to continue running a successful shop.

I had a family member who went to fix his daughter’s vehicle and Jake had the audacity to charge their family a ridiculous amount of money to pay for the repairs and parts. He did not provide an itemized receipt. He then had his employees intimated them. Please be aware of this place and dealing with this individual.

Do not believe the positive reviews written about this low life shop. These people shouldn't be in business. I took my car in to have 2 small door dings repaired, instead they ruined my car door and refused to finish/fix the job and gave my car back filthy. I'm in the process of taking Jake to court.

Jake was a NICE guy. He was "shorthanded"(Not my problem)His "staff" appeared to use our truck as a break room. Trash, nut shells, and a half eaten burrito was left for me to find in the bed of the truck when I stopped by unannounced. All totaled--- he had our truck for 3 weeks in order to do the repairIn fairness to Jake, he was VERY apologetic for his staff, and the repair that was made to our truck was very well done. So far.....no problems.You decide.......is it worth losing your vehicle for 3 weeks for a minor repair??No thanks.......I'll drive to Albuquerque.(I FULLY support !! the idea of "shop locally".......maybe NOT with Jake. ?
