This place is a JOKE, I had a family member put in this facility from the doctor. They never took care of him nor did the job that they get paid for. Unfortunately due to the lack of care he did pass away. I called today to get some information that was needed and was really disrespected by the employee on the phone. Wouldn't give me her name at all. Just a response of 'GOOD DAY'. I really feel sorry for the family's that have to keep their loved ones in there.. I give them a flat ZERO, and will definitely take this further!!

I urge you empathetically not to leave your loved one in the care of this facility. They are vastly understaffed for the amount of patients in residence and the quality of care is so poor that it borders on abusive, and without a doubt neglectful.

I've been calling the place ever since 9am this morning. Wanted to find out about my father well being but whoever is answering my calls, keeps hanging up on me. I'm very disappointed in this place. If i was to go there. I would see these nurses just hanging out behind the desk. How's my FATHER doing!!!!????

This place is awful. My grandmother was here for 2 months. When I came down to visit her. It broke my heart. She was treated terribly and she was in such bad shape. She could not talk and no one changed her. That afternoon, She was in the corner facing the wall. I reported it immediately and they did nothing. I hate this place.

The staff at Good Samaritan of Grants are caring and very knowledgeable. They treat their residents like family with much love and dignity. May God bless their mission ?

Out with the old in with the new ? very caring people n staff all new staff very certified and caring always a answer and open ears hard workers etc. Highly staffed n great team(team work between all departments to work together ) God bless everyone!!!
