I went to have my power steering line fixed all they did was put a hose over the hole and clamped it. Now I have someone replacing the line, like they should of.

GREAT PEOPLE FAST SERVICE MY DIESEL BROKE DOWN AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT ON THE COLD ROADSIDE AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND WENT AND GOT THE PARTS AND I CAME BACK AND FIXED IT. IN ALL MY TRAVELING YEARS THEY BEAT ALL AND WOULD BE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. USUALLY YOU GET PRICED GAUGE CAUSE YOUR A TRAVELING NOT HERE. Thank you Ms Beatris

Charles' Automotive fixed my issue very fast and at a fair price. They fixed my trailer lights when 5 other shops declined to work on it. I didn't have an appointment, but the team got right to work on my trailer. I was back on the road in 2 hours...with all lights working! Thanks again guys!!!

We were driving across the country and ran into some vehicle issues, and they were extremely accommodating. They diagnosed the problem quickly and went above and beyond in finding the necessary parts. They did everything they could to keep the cost down, and they even seemed to make our vehicle priority since we were traveling. Our vehicle is a built out sprinter van and they let us sleep overnight on the property while the parts were being delivered. And their shop dog is sure to kee you company!
