I had gotten the wrong boot size and they allowed me to get the correct size in the boots they had in stock a couple days later. It was my first time buying boots and they were very helpful on which boots would fit my lifestyle and would be easy to break it. Highly recommend coming here!

Should say men's AND WOMEN'S clothing store. Staff more than helpful,they were pleasant and conversive. Helped me find just the right cowboy hat in just my size (I have a big head). They have high-end hats that sell for $800 and those like mine for $65. Good value, quality merchandise, friendly and helpful staff. What more could you ask for. And NO! I don't work there

Staff engaged me when I walked in and then didn't hover or stalk. Big selection with a good sale rack for men's shirts. I didn't check out the lady's offerings as I plan on bringing Wifey with me. I'll be back. Nice store with some higher end items and some sale-priced things for me to forage through. Boots, hats, clothes, shoes, just a plethora of Western items you'd expect.

The worst experience ever! The lady was great at time of help but for a simple exchange they denied a exchange just for one cat hair! We dont even own cats and my mom tried it on for like 1 minute! Then put it back in the bag because it didnt fit! Obviously! Worst experience! Then the supervisor Maureen was rude than ever didnt even try to hear me out! Super rude! Then hung up! Its ashame because my mom really liked the jacket! Oh well business else where would be greatly recommended! ??♂️

It's a good store but I tend to get harassed by employees, but today, it was just one. The second I walked in to look for a gift and to meet someone. I had my headphones on so the lady walks right up to me, sparing 9 inches or so, raising her voice after taking out my buds. I kept calm and thanked her for offering me help. She then followed me around the store, this time 6 feet away, staring at my Tony Hawk hoodie. I'm a nice guy but this was ridiculous.
