We had an issue with a phoneNorthside was still closed, so there was no choice but to go here. Clean, quiet store but very awkward. The sale lady seemed like she was not happy to be there. No smile, no enthusiasm, just annoyed. Last time I went there.

I had to leave a star, but really they don't deserve it. Didn't offer much help. They were too busy on their own phones. No smile no teamwork I watched people walk out frustrated!Clearly poor customer service and we paid our t rages prices and the phone was never set up.Plus she didn't say I needed a charger so after traveling over 100miles I hafta go find a charger locally.So if anyone can recommend a better store..we need help!

Wanted a simple new device switch to an existing number....but the lady wasn't helpful all I got was "yea sure for $40 dollars" not even a hello how can I help you.....I was like really.. she said yes really. I don't think so I walked back out and went to the mall and no problem they helped me with no charge... Thanks to Verizon at Rio West Mall

I absolutely recommend you do not do business with this place. I’m surprised at all the 3+ star reviews. I needed a phone so I decided to go with this place. In the beginning they were helpful and quoted me $400 trade in value. It was close to closing and Eric helped me. Something happened to the printer so he told me he would email my documents. I said okay and trusted him. Big mistake. I didn’t receive my paperwork, I had called and was hung up on several times by him, and every time I went into the store for assistance, there was only one person working with several people in line. Never got help. Even calling customer service was useless. After MONTHS of bugging them, I finally got my paperwork and was told Eric was let go. I explained my situation to the sales person, the new boss overheard me and scolded the sales associate and ordered him not to speak of Eric anymore. He said, “Do no speak of Eric, that is in the past!” Well, hello! I’m a customer telling them my issue. Anyway, it was unprofessional and now I’m stuck in a contract with them for two more years and I regret ever doing business with them. Stick with straight talk or go to an actual Verizon store, not an authorized retailer. Trust me! It is absolutely not worth it. There are actual deals with full customer service support. This place is not it. Oh and when I received my paperwork, I only received $200, when I was told $400.Extremely disappointed with this place. GO ELSEWHERE. You have been warned.
