They didn't do their job and submit a one time pass code to change my phone number on the us online banking app that was over a week ago. I had to call a 1800 number to get it sent and now I have to wait another week for it to get changed. Awful.

U.S. Bank/U.S. Bancorp (5th largest bank in the entire United States as of June, 2021)! Gallup, NM residents: be grateful U have a branch as there are NO BRANCHES WHATSOEVER in Texas....the ONLY nearby “location” in West Texas is a lone U.S. Bank ATM located in [JUST] 1....yes, JUST *ONE* inside 1 of 6/7 Albertsons/Safeway Grocery stores in Odessa Texas (Midland/Odessa Metro area has a population close to 1/2 a MILLION***) & there’s ONE ATM!!! Odessa: near the SE Corner of the New Mexico/Texas border.IMPORTANT NOTE: Btw, Recent bank surveys has US Bank as one of the highest rated in customer satisfaction while the top four have horrible ratings, especially Bank of America! That actually speaks volumes since “history” has proven, time and time again, that the top 5 largest banks in America usually have terrible customer satisfaction since the larger a bank becomes, the more impersonal and ridiculous increase in fees that seem to ALWAYS happen; hopefully, US bank will not follow suit (BofA use to be number one but they continue to drop because customers keep closing accounts @ BofA which, @ present is rated the worst bank and all of the United States. US Bank is the only one that had a general, positive, overall, Customer satisfaction rating!!TRIVIA: US Bank is only located in the best part of the USA: the “The Great West; from California to New Mexico (and one - that’s near NM - ATM in West Texas: Odessa, TX.The SE corner of NM is approx 45 miles south of Hobbs, NM (Hobbs is approx 125 miles south of Clovis, NM; the closest actual US Bank branch to Texas!!! Fortunately, those of us that are not from Texas (but working in the Permian Basin of TX) at least have this ATM to conduct transactions and online. Sometimes, though, it’s just more convenient for more complicated things to have a branch.*** I “believe” (re: I can’t remember the exact number but when you fly into the Main airport which is Midland international space and airport ✈️✈️, there’s a sign that list the population as....it’s been a while but somewhere b/t the lower 400K’s-486,000-something people (it fluctuates a lot b/c of the main industry: The “Energy Capital (Oil, many Wind Farms, & large arrays of Solar Farms south of Mid/Ods near Ft. Stockton “on the 10” (Interstate, that is)....so almost half a MILLION in the Midland Odessa Metropolitan area which actually encompasses 2 & a 1/2 counties. JUST a little FYI 4 U. ?✌?Pardon my “verbosity” but I’m a “Level 8 Google advisor” and I tried to provide as much [accurate] info as possible.Disregard Mr. Rasheedumb’s @ “Dragon[eer] - I’m SURE that’s your “real name” “Dragon” geeeze, move out of your parent’s basement....your 40 years old dude!!!! - asinine comment! You’re the kind of customers that has to learn the hard way! I’d be remiss if I didn’t add this final paragraph! Move your account to Bank of America and watch them rob you blind chump/Sameerbo (spelling might be wrong BUT close enough). Learn the hard way....sad!! Even the branch manager reached out to you but you’re the kind of customer that nothing is ever good enough! In fact, you’re the kind of bank customer that if they gave you $10,000, you’d be angry and find fault...pathetic little men! Think about it how did this bank move from number seven to #5 in JUST 1.5 yeaR: [sic] ) in size in customer satisfaction if they’re so terrible? That’s a rhetorical question so don’t bother answering! Again, the branch manager reached out to you & neither of you trolls even have the courtesy to respond! That tells America everything they need to know about you two!!!EVERYBODY ELSE - ESP “AMY” summed it up:Quote: “They’re a GOOD BANK!”THANK U “AMY” & The others that gave honest, 5 star reviews!Grow up U “naysayers!” I can guarantee you these naysayers are complaining and giving them one star because they had to pay some small little fee and expect everything to be FREE....EVERYTHING (in LIFE, too!)! They’re the kind of people that feel entitled and that the world should give them everything free on a platter, I guarantee you!!!!

Worst bank location ever! rudest employee, slowest service, and just an utter lack of common sense. I will most likely be changing banks because of my experience, and interactions at this location.

There needs to be a big sign out front that says drive up only, not on the front door. We drove up and saw people waiting and did not see a drive up only sign posted until we approached the front door. People were waiting to use the ATM. Then a lady from the bank came out when we waiting in the drive up line and told us we have to go the back of the line because people were waiting before us when we got in the line. There was no one parked behind us in the line but since we were told we were cutting and afraid we might not get service we went to the back of the line. Poor signs and poor service. Please let people know you work in the bank and that you were watching on the camera and apologize if people have to be kicked out the drive up line.

US bank is good. This branch needs major improvement, Gallup NM in general isn't strong on customer service so can't really blame the employees that never worked out of the one horse town. Had a complaint went round and round until I asked to speak with a supervisor then I had to speak to the supervisors supervisor (branch manager) was “disconnected†during the call. I called back the 1-800 number thank God I was sent to US bank Call Center, one call resolution under 6 mins what took this brand 1 hour to even get answers. They kept going round and round with no resolution. Then I finally got someone on the phone to handle my issue and they disconnect me. The lady at the call center took 6 minutes to follow her protocol and then resolved my issue. No call transfer or being on hold for more than 8 mins (which the first employee I spoke with at the Gallup Location, took forever with me on hold.) call the 1-800 number and make sure you're talking with Corporate because this branch is trash.... PS the complaint I had was with an undisclosed fee I was charged, the branch employees need to Follow FTC compliance or at least acknowledge a mistake and take proper actions to correct it. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BRANCH!! Or be very careful on how they do business, just because they tell you no or blah blah blah doesn't mean they are right. Sad to say my resolution was provide by someone with much more expertise and customer service training.
