Purchased $850 worth of jewelry there and this is what happens. I’m beyond disappointed. To lie about the material you sell is sickening- especially knowing that most of your clients are travelers passing through. If you do foolishly decide to buy from Turquoise Canyon Outlet, you’re playing a game of Russian roulette because the other rings I bought there seem to be okay. Nonetheless, this business is run by shady, dishonest people. To the owner: You will NOT be blessed by stealing from people!

Stopped by while passing through and was greeted by a gentleman who rudely stated no photos inside the store. Well I'm wondering how am I supposed to share items with loved ones in order for them to pick out a gift for me to purchase?! Guess he didn't want me to buy anything...and was rude about it. Don't waste your time or money here.

This place is amazing!! Really natural vibe with beautiful pieces of colourful art, decorative items, and all kinds of surprises to the eye!! I met Mo the shopkeeper, he was so friendly reminding me of the Aloha from my home in Maui!!

Store was nice be careful on buying anything. I purchased a ring I thought was made by native American went back next day to ask about artist. Owner said no that ring wasn't made by native American. That was main reason I purchased it. Even worse I feel he ripped me off. I found ring online for 30.00. He pulled ring out of case and said it's 500 but u can have it for 250. What a mark up so before u buy anything from this store look online for prices.

As roadside gift stores go, this one was actually very nice! Very good selection of turquoise inside. Owner was very nice as well. Sign outside of door clearly states no photos inside of store, so you can't show what it looked like inside, but it was large and looked great.

The same things happened to me when my companions and i went in. The person behind the counter asked for at least $50 'tip' on every transaction. I found out the items I purchased were dramatically overpriced. Buyers, please beware! Find an honest place to do your shopping. No one needs to be taken advantage of.

The prices at this so called "outlet" are not outlet prices. They are extremely overpriced and you can get the same item at another location for a fraction of their price. Also, the person in charge was very rude and didn't acknowledge us for a long time because he was too busy talking on the phone. When he finally came by, he made an inappropriate remake to my spouse. Avoid this place if you want reasonably priced jewelry from a store with friendly, respectable staff.
