I'm so upset with how my nails turned out. I won't be going there again. I asked for a semi clear pink, and got these. You can see the ripples of my own nails that he didn't buff out after taking off my previous set.

This was unfortunately my second time going to Tip Top Nails. I had a bad experience the first time, but I thought I'd give them a second shot, thinking that the first time was just a fluke.
I planned to get just the paint and perhaps a shaping, but the tech IMMEDIATELY cut my nails without even asking me what I wanted. He immediately put on acrylics even though I dislike them, and I was too shy to say anything (especially given the reviews I read on Google and my own first experience).
At the end, my nails were extremely uneven and very, inexcusably crooked (as you can see in the photos, especially with my middle finger). The tech who worked with me also cut my finger with his equipment and made me bleed a little. The coloring is also uneven and not like the catalog depicts it. I came home and had to cut, shape, and color my nails again to get them looking at least somewhat decent. For 48 dollars, this was not worth it. Will not be coming back.

Service was rushed!!! And it was girls day for me and my daughter. We wanted to get our nails done together, but we had to sit separately, far apart. They didn't let us choose the nails we wanted. They just quickly said sit down & handed us some color choices, and every time we picked a color we wanted, They said they didn't have that color. So we just ended up getting the regular white tip with glitter. 2 Full sets & my daughter got her eyebrows waxed. Can't complain about the eyebrows, because it looked good. So 2 full sets plus eyebrow wax...$100! Is that right!? I was trying to ask her for the prices but she shoooshed me away & said,"I already gave you your receipt!" BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don't want to go back! This was our 2nd time going there, and it didn't cost this much the 1st time!!!!

First I asked for a manicure didn't get it. I feel she charged me for it anyway. My pedicure and toenails look good from where I can see. My nails are a disaster like others have commented they have lumps and weird shaped. They look like I did them myself. When I pointed out my disappointment the small thin older lady with glasses wouldn't hear me. Every-time I said anything she kept talking over me. Very rude! Needless to say no discount was offered and I paid $106 for poor quality service. There is no reasoning with them. The men get all quiet and the ladies face become solid. I do not know how they stay in business. . I do not plan on going back.

Worst place to go to! My nails were bleeding. And the nail polish started lifting for 66 they should go back to 25 cause they did a poor job. I wouldn't recommend

This place isn't as bad as most of the review make it seem. It did smell of n smoke and someone did light a cigarette while I was there. I was greeted when I walked in. Not much conversation because the guy who did my nails didn't speak English but understood it well. He did my nails exactly the way I asked him to, short and thin and in a timely manner. The price isn't bad either. Comparable to other salons. Good color choice. I will be coming back as we pass through town.

Manicurist Hoang Phan started to do my full set for an Almond Shape. I realized that he was shaping it towards one side and it was ‘leaning'. He kept shaping it trying to fix it so finally I showed him and turned my hand around and he realized it. He then got mad, starts snipping off the tips of my acrylic nails and storms off - yelling in his language. idk what he was saying so I wasn't sure what he was doing and I sat there because I thought he was going to start over.he then left me sitting there in the chair confused and a lady named Jennie who spoke English came up to me and said I needed to leave. I asked why and she said that he said that it was my fault that my nails were crooked and that I needed to leave (literally all I did was sit there quietly and tell him that it was crooked).I was sitting there with the half-dried acrylic, jagged-edge nails not sure what just happened. I asked if anyone can finish it and Jennie told me that no one else in the salon does acrylic nails. Which is completely untrue because I've gone to others who were in there and they were there.Literally did nothing wrong but tell the guy that my nails were "leaning" to one side and he got mad for his bad work and he snipped off the tip of my nails without any type of explanation. Just storms off and doesn't bother to talk to me or resolve the issue.Don’t spend your hard earned money there.Service: Acrylic nails

Is zero stars an option? I waited an hour to be seated for a pedi. The lady was pulling my old gel polish with one of the tools and she nearly ripped off one of my toe nails. She put on 2 coats of polish. My polish was not smooth. It was lumpy. Two pedicures for $86. I didn’t leave a tip. Service was poor. And the lady’s attitude turned ugly quick. I won’t be going back!

from the moment you walk in the door the guy doing nails looks up at you like you have ruined his day for walking in. I feel like there's something psychologically wrong with him because I was in there another day and walked out as well due to his hostility. I asked the woman in there a question and she said I'm not talking to you... what is wrong with these people that they think they could take your money and they're going to treat you like that? they should close down and do Gallup a favor.

Full set nails - Service was bad, was required to pay full, hand polish was awful! Not going back!
