The guys at this place are incredible. My bill was getting way too high with Verizon and I came in to ask questions and Reyes was able cir my phone bill in half and got me a brand new phone thay is souch better than the one Verizon gave me.

Such an awsome store with very knowledgable workers. They helped me transfer photos and videos easily when the location in mall always gave me a hard time. Kudos to Reyes and Nicky for helping me.

These guys are amazing, I got my new phone (IPhone) and the service was really nice, Of course I will come back for a new phone case, or maybe a new IPhone in a year or two.

I was returning a cell spot device and unfortunately customer support at the local store has consistently been unpleasant. H.B. is usually the one who has “helped” me and every time he acts as though he shouldn’t have to do anything to help. Almost always I’ve had great customer service from T-Mobile employees BUT this store and especially this employee (H.B.) do NOT reflect T-mobile customer service. There were six people working and only one other customer was present and tbeing helped. The associate helping that customer was the only one that said hello and the rest just stood around until one said she could help….but no smiles, no common courtesy or even basic pleasant customer service. This town is known for having appalling customer service but this person and this store as a whole is one of the worst. I ended up taking my device and walking out. I can guarantee I won’t go back to that store. I’ve experienced this three times too many.
