I had a bad experience with this store today. We were sold a pair of shoes that were two different colors. I brought the shoes back to the store, but right away, the little manager lady got very offensive with me. I asked her "if everything was alright", which I can tell something was wrong with her. She tried to get rid of me by giving my money back, but I didn't want my money back. I just wanted the correct shoe. I told her that she is coming at me all wrong, Im not here to start trouble. That is the last time I spend my hard earned money here. To the public, double check your shoes before leaving the store. You might be going home with two different color shoes or even worse, two left sided shoes. Which has happened before to me. I recommend other store with higher quality customer service than this store. Cheap prices comes with cheap service

I have very small feet, a size 2, so it's hard for me to find non-glittery, princess light em up shoes. This store is the only place I can buy adult looking shoes in a child size.

Great place to find good shoes. They carry all the popular brands plus some hard to find ones. First place I come to when I'm looking for new shoes.

Did not like the customer service. Had several people working but no one offered help. When we finally did get helped she seemed stressed and unhappy... She was the only employee running to the back to get shoes the other worker did not try to assist anyone. She ignored us the whole time we were there .....If I could give half a star that's what i would give...... But thank you to the young lady who did help us ..

Sad, few places for footwear in Gallup. Workers fighting for commission, NO concern for customer attention, out of date merchandise, always out of stock on common shoe sizes.

I found some great shoes at a pretty good cost today. The girl working was nice and assisted when she saw me holding the shoe box. Checkout was easy and im now rocking my new shoes

I chose 2 pairs of different flat for my kids and one of the workers took both up to the front..but when I got there they didnt know where it went. I was disappointed because I had to choose different pairs because the ones i got before were gone. I missed out on a nice pair of flats because they didnt have the size i needed..frustrating and so not organized at all.

My wife and and I purchased a new pair of shoes and are pretty satisfied. The service was good as far as one of the girls, the other one was putting inventory away and busy with the security guard at the same time. The security guard would leave, then he would come back and hang out with her again. He should have been taking care of the problems out in the Mall. Anyways, the Shoe Dept is a good place to shop.
