I was welcomed as I walked in the door. I took a ring to get resized, they told me it'll be 3 weeks, but they texted me in 3 days that it was done. Good job Shíma Traders.

Calling the store land line is never working.... always busy and need to get some info. Is there another way to get in contact with the workers.

Excellent repair to NA jewelry - some very nice pieces for sale at very fair prices. Gracious and welcoming staff. I never miss stopping by for a couple of hours on my way through Gallup. Worth the stop.

I recently visited this shop on a Saturday afternoon on my New Mexico trip. It was probably was the most unfriendly and unhelpful service I've had in quite some time. My father and I came in looking for old pawn jewelry and just some jewelry in general to buy. Many years ago we previously bought from Shi'ma Traders. We always had great service and purchased quality jewelry pieces. I guess those days are long gone. The young woman working there didn't even acknowledge us with a simple hello, and we were the only ones in the store. That should have been a warning sign right there. I looked through a small basket of sale items, none of which I was looking for. She never said a word other than to answer "no" when I asked if she had anymore old pawn items other than in the case. No questions on what I was looking for, style, etc. That was my queue to take my business elsewhere. That's too bad, I had money to spend. :/
