The window was excellent, but they left glass shards all over the car that we had to vacuum I cut my finger trying to dig between my seats today. t the car stereo with number 5 button that programs radio stations to memory was broken and they did nothing to notify me that it has been broken...

Generally have good experience with Safelite. However, this past time I've been so disappointed with them. I've been trying to schedule an appt since April 3rd. Their appointment windows are inconvenient & only allow once a week scheduling with a timeframe of 12 pm- 4 pm. I chose an appointment for a Wednesday, April 25th between 12-4 and my tech called to confirm he'd show Wednesday, April 25th at 3:30. By 4 o'clock he was a no call no show. I called Safelite & was connected to the tech. He said he'd be here by 4:30. At the time I couldn't wait any longer (I had been waiting since 12 pm) so I cancelled & he offered to come Friday between 8am-12pm. Come Friday, no call no show again. Turns out he forgot he was on vacation & couldn't fit me in until 3 more weeks. Horrible.
