This place is an absolute SCAM. I dropped off a BASIC ring to get resized. The owner examined the ring and said it would cost $50-$60 dollars. When I tried to get the ring back, they said I needed to pay $300 for FIVE hours of work to resize ONE ring. They’re demanding a dollar a minute for their time. Absolutely CRIMINAL. It’s a shame places like this can take advantage of Navajo families. This is predatory. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Gallup BBB.

Needed a ring re-sized and I'm loving it. Did a great job and very helpful to me.If you are going towards closing u would recommend call ahead first.

John is terrific! He spent alot of time with us. His prices are fair, and we ended up buying a rug, blankets, and jewelry. We would definitely visit his store again!

Total Honey Hole!! I've been here twice and I've never been disappointed! The staff is super friendly and very knowledge. Very nice selection of turquoise jewelry with very good prices. It'll be my regular stop every time i pass through Gallup.
