Nice stay, very nice desk clerk. She made our day after bad experience at the Hilton Garden next door in Gallup NM. She made up by being so kind to us and even calling us to see if we're ok. People like her are angels in disguise. Thank you night clerk. For October 19th 2024 check in. Location- Gallup NM by the mall.

The front desk staff and a few other workers were great. But I can't say much for the rooms. No carpet seriously sucked. The floor was dusty. The towels were not the best and only allowed ONE towel and ONE wash cloth per person. This was ridiculous! All hotels give their guests a couple towels and wash cloths. But not this one. Only one per person and I had to hunt down housekeeping to get clean ones. No microwave in the room sucked too. For the price I paid we should have had one. We stayed there around the last week of June 2024. Laundry room for guests closed early. No I will not stay at this hotel again until they do some drastic changes.

We’ve stayed at Cheryl’s choice hotels over the years. We’ve even stayed in Gallup, New Mexico several times. Out of habit, we’ve usually stayed at the comfort inn there. By accident, I made reservations at the quality Inn. I love that one so much more because the rooms seem to be a little Larger, and the big thing is I love being able to park right outside our room. Not many hotels have that anymore.
Safety: Very secure.
Walkability: Able to walk to nearby restaurants.

Hotel staff was beyond good!
Friendly, helpful, over-the-top!!
6 stars if I could give it to them.
Our room was not ready at 3pm check-in. We had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready. Then, we found out the refrigerator was missing. The staff gave us a new room immediately, 2 doors down.
Then, no hot water ☹️. In rooms 100, 102, 104, 200, 202, 204, etc, (rooms far away from the hot water heater as told by the hotel mechanic), you will have to run the water for about 5 minutes to get hot enough water to take a shower. Yes, hot water finally arrived!
A Home Depot is behind the hotel. At 10pm and all night, they BLARE classical music to keep the bums out of the parking lot. No sleep for those rooms near the back.
All rooms will hear the trains at night lay on their horn to scare the bums off the tracks.
This hotel is uncomfortably noisey.
I would NOT recommend this hotel if you're a light sleeper.

My bedding was actually clean, the tub was clean. The whole experience was awesome. Not to mention Paige, from front desk and the breakfast attendant, they were fabulous! I hope they are recognized for their hospitality and great customer service. The early morning desk clerk, however, looked annoyed and had a look of displeasure, as some guests were checking out. She’s a bigger gal with glasses. I hope never to cross her again.

The company that owns this hotel should tear it down and build a new one. We stayed here 2 nights. It wasn’t ADA friendly, there were bugs in our room that crawled inside from the huge gap beneath the door, and room service didn’t clean at all. During the 2nd day, the room was hit with the smell of sewage and the AC barely worked.
The hot tub was yellow and lukewarm, and overall, it just felt old and rundown.

The staff are friendly and they offer a complimentary breakfast. I recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the Home Depot, which is behind the hotel. From 10p-6a, the Home Depot plays loud music to deter RV campers from staying the night in their parking lot. The music is so loud that it can be heard from the hotel rooms nearby.
Noteworthy details: If you stay here, request a room that is not facing the Home Depot.

This is one of the best Quality Inn's I've stayed at for a while as far as appearance and cleanest. It's within walking distance from shopping and dining. It's also right off I-40 which is good and bad. I do hear the noise of the traffic in the rooms closest to the highway so have a white noise app handy. Also, a lot of vagrants in the area, but that's out of the hotel's control. They do try and minimize it by having a metal fence around their property. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Safety: The room we stayed in had a door that didn't latch when closed. We didn't know this until the next morning when I accidentally pushed the door and it opened...rm 104

I felt like I was at the airport watching the last push 1000 keys as I waited 15 minutes to get checked into a reservation I already prepaid. Literally the worst hotel check in I've ever seen. Whomever is managing this place needs to review some modern business processes. It was painful

Had to attend a funeral in the area. Spent 1 night at this hotel. I reserved a handicapped room but we did not get that room. My greatest need is a walk in shower with plenty of grab bars, a tall boy toilet. The room was okay, furniture is old, no microwave in the room. The bathroom door squeaked loudly when opened, the door to the room needed new weather stripping, could see daylight when door was closed, Did not feel safe.
Positives- friendly, helpful staff, beds were comfortable, parking right outside the rooms, plenty of lighting at nite, property is fenced-in, free breakfast included hot foods.
Nearby activities: Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Area is quiet.

Great place to stay. I did find a small bug but you can't kill em all.

Room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free room. Bed was way too soft for our liking.

Omg I was in a wreck a bad one and booked my stay here after I was hurt bad and fell asleep on the top floor in the tub and flooded it so bad the police and emergency services were called what a way to wake up naked in a tub with 12 people there checking on me...I sleep so hard now after the truck was totaled the hotel was very forgiving and took care to help me adjust moved me to the first floor and cared about me with humanity if it wasn't for this hotel my nightmare would have had no escape. Thank you to the whole staff and I am so happy to have stayed with them for the 5 days needed to retrieve my possessions from my vehicle if I ever go back to gallup its the only hotel/motel that will get my business. 5 stars all the way you guys were a gift from God. Thank you
