I really shouldn't give even one star. It is not the employees of this place who are racist, it is the owner's daughter, with a totally dirty vocabulary, I never thought that I would receive racist comments from a Native Indian because I am an American woman with Mexican roots. Very rude and hostile is this woman.

Acquiring Navajo traditional clothing is usually not easy, but this store carries all you would need with the jewelry, sash, scarf options. Store is beautifully decorated. Staff was very attentive and very kind.

Wow ?, I am amazed at how beautiful my daughters dress came out! To be honest, I was concerned about the price of the dress but once we got the dress the quality and craftsmanship surpassed the cost. The expertise that went into this dress down to the smallest details is beyond what I could imagine. The sales staff were excellent. They measured my daughter and made sure everything was correct. We even received a call while the dress was in the making to confirm a few details. Navajo Spirit embodies what skillful workmanship is and sets the bar very high. Thank you again for making this graduation dress a piece that will definitely be in our family for generations. Many blessings to your business.

If I could give no stars I would. The staff was very rude and when we asked questions about the clothing the sales person ignored my grandmother and just played with her nails. They didn’t care to interact with us and ignored us. And when my grandma asked another question the sales lady said “UGH!!”

navajo spirit has beautiful clothing. seeing their Facebook post an videos I decided to make a trip from winslow. I arrived at Navajo Spirit Store with the mindset of purchasing a set I seen posted online. The velvet top listed on Facebook $80 instore it was $120. ? I asked about the $40 price difference and if it would be honored for the price listed online. "no, because that material is hard to get - velvet". Same story with the skirt prices the advertise. I didn't except a huge price increase unfortunately I didn't make a purchase. maybe if they honored the price listed on Facebook I would've gladly made a purchase. For future reference I believe calling and asking to confirm prices they post on social media.

Beautiful clothes! I love that the shop owner took time out to help me, even though she had her staff working the floor. She listened to me and took my order and gave me a date of when the skirt we ordered would be ready. We drove hours and it was worth it!!

I quite enjoyed the sitting area. It was nice to have a seat while facetiming for the perfect items we chose. Also the phone grips were pretty rad too. I grabbed a coral one. :)

Moving to Massachusetts for school was hard, and I wanted to take pieces of my reservation with me. I figured that a coat from Navajo Spirit would be perfect for the winter months here. I will say that I really wish that Navajo Spirit had the products that they say they have on their website in stock, but I still appreciated that they worked with me and my husband on a misunderstanding. I absolutely love that my jacket is hand made and the color I wanted. They really went above and beyond to see my order through

Oh my goodness I can not even begin to tell you how awesome they are at Navajo Spirit!!! I searched high & low for the perfect graduation stole & almost gave up. It wasn't until I saw them mentioned in a group that I was like oooooh, this is it. They were crazy busy & she sent me some stuff that had just come in that wasn't even on the website yet. That material turned out to be exactly what I envisioned. Such great staff & the way it came wrapped in red, I teared up. Thank you ladies!! You made my day.

Not sure how this place has such great reviews in regards to customer service. My mother in law went in and was looking for a dress for my better halfs (her daughter) graduation ceremony, for her masters degree. Virginia was absolutely short, rude and curt with her. My mother in law is the nicest person and she was so frustrated with Virginia's customer service that she could not stop pointing out all of the rude remarks and short unprofessional responses to basic questions. You Virginia costed yourself a customer with the intentions of spending good money in your store. Not anymore!
