This place is outstanding! I had issues with my DEF system on my way back to California, so I was dead in the water there in Gallup. I called around town and finally found this place. The lady at the front counter was very nice and you could tell she was very competent at her job. The manager was able to diagnose my problem and get me back on the road within a few hours. I was a little worried how much the bill was going to be, considering I’m at their mercy. However, I was blown away at how reasonable their prices are. I”m very thankful I found this place!

Our Chevy 3500 duramax diesel truck went into limp mode driving home to Arizona. We called J &J trucking and was greeted by a delightful young lady who immediately said they could look at our truck. When we arrived at the shop, they promptly took the truck in for diagnostic. It was discovered that the intake mouth piece to the turbo charger was loose and the clamp was off. They put it back together and they test drove it before we were on our way. We very much appreciated the professionalism from the whole staff specially Dana. Thank you!

Friday 08/02/24 I pu load Las Vegas heading to Ohio my truck start making noise and reducing speed I stop Gallup
Almost stuck 2 days finally funded j&j
Erwin responded my call he show up Sunday morning fixed my truck but we missing some gasked and bolts truck running good but have to do all over again because gasket
Irwin is professional mechanic and I highly recommended you guys to stop there and fix it your truck

If you have problem with your DEF system come to this shop.you don’t waste your time and you save your money.i almost towing my truck because of another shop’s advice but this guys saved my money and fixed my truck’s DEF problem in 3 hours.thank you very much

My F-250 threw the serpentine belt on I-40 just across the Arizona line. I had the truck towed to them right at closing time one evening. The next day by 3 p.m. I was back on the road. They were very courteous & professional. They didn't just replace the belt. They checked all the pulleys to try to figure out what caused the failure & cleaned the old rubber out of the grooves of the pulleys. I know this should be common practice, but it's not with a lot of mechanic shops now days. I feel like they done an awesome job. The repair bill was less than my tow fee for this particular job. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone that may find themselves stuck on the side of the road in their vicinity. Great group of people.

This place is AWESOM!
Got a must service DEF system within 80 miles or it would limit to 5mph on the freeway enroute to Santa Fe. Fortunately, found J&J. Tested the system but figured a lower cost solution and able to get me back on the road today, instead of Monday as the other fix would have required.
These people are very good, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
I'm so appreciative they kept my trip from being ruined by going the extra mile for me.

Skyler, Matt and Shea were very professional. Had a water pump die on the road. They got to me first thing in the morning and had me on the road the next day. ( had to wait for parts). Highly recommendService: General repairs

One side of my slideout wasn't working. I called J&J Truck Service (RV Repair) and was greeted by a nice sounding gal who sent a guy out within 15 minutes.Ty was helpful. After a couple of minutes of troubleshooting, he found that the wire for the non-working side had fallen and had been bouncing on the tire as I drove along. It had worn through the sheathing and ruined a couple of the wires. He quickly spliced them back together after removing the ruined section, taped it up well, and put a new bracket on to hold the wire up. He also put another one closer to the frame so it wouldn't fall down again. He was professional and very polite. He worked quickly and got my slideout fixed. I can continue my trip knowing it will work now.I think this deserved 5 stars.

J & J to the rescue! Massive oil leak in my 7.3 Excursion 2 thousand miles into my 6500 road trip across the US . They jumped right on my repair and had me back on the road in a few hours at a very reasonable cost . Even shuttled me to and from my hotel . I highly recommend their services. Thank You !
