Stayed here during a cross country road trip and the stay was great, but made even better by the staff. Sam, Jutovia, Anna and Rhonda went above and beyond in not only making our stay very comfortable, but when we left an item in the room they wasted no time in getting it sent to us. Easy parking, good beds, great stay. Thanks!

Quality is bottom of the barrel, old and outdated. Pool/spa out of order. TVs are 20 years old. Remote had some syrup or something on it. Smells like old carpet.

The room was clean. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 7 am. The person who cooked the breakfast was not there and so they offered cereal and muffins. The manager offered us some reward points. That was not a resolution.

Breakfast was good, lots of great options. Rooms were clean EXCEPT the carpets, which made our feet black after walking around. Beds were hard as a rock, but the pillows were nice and fluffy. Surprisingly quiet, for how close it is to the highway. Fresh baked cookies were a huge hit with my kids, they probably ate 6 the night we checked in!

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Gallup, NM, is a very CLEAN and easy to access hotel off the I-40. Rates were perfect and the hotel staff was kind. It's located next to Denny's, a gas station, and several other hotels if they're full.

KUDOS to Shante that worked on Monday April 29, 2024 for upgrading my Reservation to a larger room. Even though this hotel is in need of remodeling or renovations, I have no complaints. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was excellent. Beautiful views from my room.

Smells in the room and the chair was obviously very dirty. The lighting I believe is like a yellow color so you dont see the unclean. Lobby area was clean though. Just passing thru, won't stay there again.

Pool was closed, and it seems it might be a permanent thing. I was very disappointed. It was the reason I picked that hotel. Update the website.
