Had to default here as the Hawthorne is under renovation. We had to pay quite a bit more, and there is no continental breakfast (c’mon Hilton, it’s 2024!) Rooms are fine, bathroom tub/shower needs updating.

Most excellent service and the rooms are up to the Hilton standard. The restaurant may be the best in Gallup.
Rooms: The rooms are what I consider mid standard, which is full amenities regarding adequate charging stations, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. The soaps and shampoos are really nice.

Staff was very rude, her for a company event and dropped a lot of money between rooms, food and bar and still the staff treated us very rude and not helpful at all. Unfriendly forts bad experience I've had at a Hilton property anf I definitely won't be back to this place again.
Rooms: Nice and spacious depending on the style you get. Seems if your room has a lot of space your shower is awful. If your room is less space your shower is awesome.
Food and drinks: Food was good and somewhat reasonable prices. Drinks lol $7.50 for a beer is ridiculous even for a hotel. I sell them at $2 and make a profit.
Noteworthy details: Staff was rude and not friendly at all.

Awesome hotel right off freeway, Hilton standards clean room also service, in hotel dining plus drinks and room service provided..walking distance to Walmart and restaurants to eat..we'll be back for sure .

Hotel is great but medium well does not register here. The fries were tastier than the NY Steak. Picture posted is their definition of medium well.
Rooms: Hotel accommodation are great. Restaurant beef and desired cooked request do not exist.

We are Hilton Honors and throughout our Route 66 we have always stayed in the Hilton chain (Hilton, Home2 Suites, Grand Vacations etc) but this time we were not satisfied with our night in Gallup in this Garden Inn. Price absolutely not competitive for the quality offered. Room that smells musty and musty. Very basic breakfast (not including freshly prepared omelettes). Staff not as friendly as usual. For one night and a service like this I would have had to spend a maximum of 150 dollars (compared to over 240)... we're not there

Editing review to Poor!!! We had stuff stolen from vehicle and no compassion from front desk. The breakfast that was prepaid $17 per person usually cooked to order was changed to a continental cold egg and sausage breakfast!!! im sickened by the carelessness of this place, that i used to like stopping....... Never again!! Dont stay here!! Theives!!!!

GUESTS BEWARE!
Upon arrival there was a heavy police presence in the vicinity of hotel parking. After entering hotel bar seemed to be local water hole with a dozen or more overly intoxicated gentlemen. Very uncomfortable invite. At check in it was asked if area was safe with a reply “ It is very safe area just a busy night”. Between time of unloading bags to room, 2 sets of hiking shoes and 4 water hydration packs were stolen from bed of our truck. Have stayed at many Hilton hotels and this is a first for a Hilton being in such a bad area. Women and families steer clear of this location. GM of this location has told us that the incident has been “noted, but any quarrels should be directed to Gallup police department”. Aside from the highly troubled crime problem in area hotel rooms were to expected standards of an over night stay hotel.

Very impressed with this property. We had room 101 on the bottom floor because we had tons of stuff. Rooms are spacious and the lobby is nice and I was pleasantly surprised to find out there is a bar and restaurant here onsite! Applebees is next door but the Hilton’s menu looks amazing.

This place is horrible do not sleep there I saw a spider in the restroom there’s no tissue in the restroom and the front desk guy was mean and the walls had webs
