An online order was cancelled. I called the store to ask about cancelled items, store manger had to call another store manager and blah blah blah… I was not satisfied with lame reason given and I took phone conversation impression he did not want to help.I later called the store back. Luckily and thankfully I spoke with TIVIA! She was able to help with my dilemma.She’s awesome…very detailed, specific, honest and friendly too!I told her she should be store manager!I thank her, I really did appreciate her help over the phone.
