We checked out couple other furniture stores in Gallup Nm. looking for a comfortable twin size bed . "Furniture Plaza" we looked around ,ask questions spoke to a nice sales person on color bed boards and in store they didnt have any extra bed boards, if we wanted different color it would arrive after Christmas.so, we picked what color they had.Purchased the bed. not bad in color.Customer Service assistants was quick ,informative,supply on bed board none ,could of been great if they had some. Only thing that took some time waiting was in parking area for our Bed

Bought furniture on display there was no discount. My couches were delivered on time and was told to wait on my lamp or I could take the display, I wanted anew one in a box, I have to wait until monday. Its now Thursday and still no lamp was told they're gonna deliver it after 5pm today. Even tho I told them I'm leaving town. So I'm still waiting!! I called and told them I'll just pick it up myself. SMH! I paid cash, no refunds just store credit.. o well last time giving them my business.
