Not entirely sure how to rate it, since it was my first time getting a full face threading,a threading at all I asked if I should've washed off my makeup, but she went through with it. Is that a bad thing? Anyways, the lady working asked me to hold my eye at the beginning, but didn't ask for the other side. Hopefully, my eyebrows aren't uneven

0 STARS. Made an appointment last week for eyelash extensions, they were the only place "convenient" for me at the time, showed up 20 minutes before appointment. Then i get a text 10 minutes before from the "eyelash tech" stating she comes from Albuquerque and was at another appointment. Very unprofessional, a notice beforehand is the least they could do. When i made an appointment they told me to give a call to them if I couldn't make it or show up, which is common courtesy i would've done if i couldn't make it, and a simple phone call would show some sympathy instead of a text! This is the only place i can make a review since they BLOCKED me on Facebook!!! Like i stated in my text message, thank you for wasting my gas and time!!! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional shop.

Honestly had high expectations for this place…was disappointed? my first time getting a lash lift and one side is not lifted. The other side is curled but looks sloppy. Paid $64.99 not worth it. The ladies seem alright although didn’t really feel welcomed. Not going back??♀️

The solution was still on my eyelid after I left and later on on my lashes. Paid $64.99 not worth it. The ladies seem alright although didn't really feel welcomed. Not going back, waste off time

These ladies are the best! Always informative and understanding. I have little to no brows but akeysha managed to give me an eyebrow look that was amazing! Defintley try out thier henna brow tint! THANK YOU FLAWLESS EYEBROWS!

The ladies at this location DO NOT know how to thread eyebrows. It seem like they rather be on their phones on social media and eat Chinese food. To be charged $13.00 and not have your eyebrows cleaned or shaped is just wrong. I asked if the young lady did anything and she asked, "Did you want it thinner? I wanted to keep the shape." I just said, "No." I was pretty upset when I left.
