We have been trying to talk to a person through their customer service line for days. When it gets to the option to speak to a representative, it switches to a message that it isn’t an option. It is frustrating. I can’t find a different number except the one for all branches across the state.

Being of a generation that is not terribly tech savvy, I get very stuck at times! I had been locked out of my FFCU phone app for quite some time and was unable to make mobile deposits, check balances or any number of other services. I stopped by my local branch on Aztec in Gallup and got amazing service from a young man named Darin B! In just a few minutes he had my mobile app up and going again, even giving tips to make my life easier. Darin was polite, helpful, funny, efficient and provided excellent customer service! We have been FFCU members for years and have multiple accounts and lines. I hope Darin is available next time I am stuck! Thank you, Darin. You are greatly appreciated.?

Can only transfer a max of $5,000 per month using online banking. A supervisor told me I could also call customer service if I need to transfer more than that, but when I did, they told me it's not possible. I keep getting different answers from different employees. This bank is so inconvenient to work with.

If you're going to open an account here: USE A BURNER NUMBERImmediately after opening an account I get robo calls and scam calls.USE A BURNER NUMBERThey sold my number right away and now I get annoying calls at hours when I need to be asleep!USE A BURNER NUMBERThink twice before banking with them. Shameful. Gross. Annoying. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Deceitful. And many more!
