If I could give Gallup FedEx a -5 stars it would not be enough. The fact that the only recourse for customers awaiting packages, even with signatures, is to call the 800 number after 8pm. When these drivers deliver to the wrong location or just don't deliver at all. Making this worse when the package is a High Value Item! I am disgusted by this location. I know have to wait until tomorrow just to start an investigation! If they even Find where the driver Claims my House Now is. Yet my family has been home all day again for a delivery they lied I signed for. Yet again this location failing on actually doing their Job!

Driver dropped my package at the wrong house. And everytime he was driving past my house he was texting and driving obviously not paying attention. My package wasnt cheap and it was a mother's day gift. Drivers should really start paying attention they get paid to deliver packages to the right location not just to be lazy and do whatever.this location doesnt even deserve 1 star..

I tried to ask about a package but an older lady was so rude. She was not professional at all. All she asked for was just for my name and not a tracking number as i tried to show her that my package was checked into the facility she rudely said "no. Answer my question first" like what kind of service is this? All i wanted to know if my package was at the facility here. But i got no help but just some rude old lady that didnt even want to help. Usually the other girls who work here are helpful. But this older lady needs to work on how to talk to customers instead of acting like she knew what she was doing with her attitude.
