Complete joke if you are using your insurance do not use this location a real business does not do transactions until signatures are done first thing they do is run your card for the deposit I did not even take the vehicle there was damage on the vehicle they stated it was okay that they only look for larger damage did not note down the damage on the vehicle cuz it didn't quote on quote qualify on their damages

I should have known that this rental would be a mess because that’s what the reviews all say. Called to make an 8:30 am pickup. Called a few days later to confirm 8:30 pickup. Arrived at 8:20 - no car. Maybe can have a car later on. I needed the car at 8:30 not some time later in the day. I was not happy - she said “never confirmed” so essentially accused me of lying. Said if I yelled she wouldn’t rent to me. I wasn’t yelling was mad and assertive. Such poor service. Only rental agency in town and should be shut down by corporate. Believe the reviews- poor service and unreliable processes.

I made reservations online two weeks in advance for a van and got my confirmation through email. I got a phone call from Gallup enterprise a week later stating that the vehicle has been already reserved for the next three weeks. I was told their location books vehicles in the beginning of the month and all vans have been reserved already. Gallup location does their booking differently than other locations, so my online booking was not valid. So upsetting that this is the only rental place in Gallup. Maybe best to physically walk in rather than online.

If I could give 0 I would. Reserved by phone for a one day rental. ReConfirmed by phone for 8:30 pick up. Arrived and "no car for you" but maybe later. Told me that the rental had never been confirmed. So basically accused me of lying. We required the car at 8:30 not "some time later today". Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced with a rental agency.

Made reservation, management didn’t keep track of inventory to reservations: so upon vehicle pick up there was no vehicles available and we were pretty much told tough luck. Also stated they called me to let me know..never received said call.

The experience we had with the enterprise we had the run around with that we are told we are not a NEW MEXICO RESIDENT when our driver license says we are a NEW MEXICO RESIDENT and we don't have a local resident address and we can't rent cause we don't have a major credit card so we can't rent any vehicle. its a New Policy she told us.

Showed up for my appointment and the girl completely already had an attitude already. I'm trying to ask her questions and she is off putting. They tell me, oh we gave out your car and you'll have to wait til this afternoon for another one.I specifically called to have this car for the morning I told the representative over the phone that our arrival would be sometime in the AM. She assured me it would be available in the morning. The excuse was they tried to call me, low and behold I find out its not my correct number??!! It was an incorrect number. I never received any call.Again, she is still giving an attitude. I feel like she didn't bother to help. I call all the numbers that should be available to help with this situation. Guess what!!! Nothing!!!!!!!!! They'll act as if they want to help when really this company is a joke.

I have to say we got off to a rocky start with this company in Gallup New Mexico, but in the end they stepped up to the plate and helped us out while we were stranded with car troubles for 18 days. I highly recommend them! The two young ladies that are working without a manager were very kind and doing the best they could to take care of everyone. They are the only car rental in Gallup. So they are in a high demand.

Better to do online they never pick up there phones just put you hold customer comes first yea right worst customer service ever.... Used to be a customer 4 years ago every weekend rental for business but looks like things just got worse best to go else where Albuquerque.....at least they answer there phones...

The location told me two things that were incorrect when trying to rent a vehicle. First I was told the deposit was 300 and was the same in the whole state but when I called a different location in the state they had a cheaper deposit. Second they changed the required documents on the stop, I followed the document list but was denied. When I asked why? I was not given an explanation. I left my number for the manager to explain but I doubt I'll receive a call back.
