Rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. What more could you ask for? Also close to town with a lots of things to do?

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, everything worked, the place was quiet at night, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was there with 21 Boy Scouts, after camping in places with no facilities for quite a while, and it was Heaven.

We were heading to Phoenix and needing a place to stop. I called ahead around 10:30pm and they had two rooms at a great price. Rooms weren't perfect but they are being remodeled. Service was wonderful, front desk manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Rooms had cold AC, cable tv and comfortable beds. We ended up stopping on the way home and got two more rooms. Couldn't be happier. Plan to stop there any other time we are around Gallup.

I love this place. I drove 13 hours. This place is not far from highway, and on the right side is TacoBell, and in front is also food. Service is awesome ? and friendly. They already knew I needed some rest, so no more other conversation except me. She just gave me the papers and sign. Thank you ? ? ?

It was okay. Nothing fancy. Pillows and towels are clean but older. My door reminded me of being in the dorms. They opened outward and had a broken chain latch on the inside. I appreciated the little coffee pot and the hair dryer in the room as well as the fridge (despite the freezer needing defrosting in order to close right) and microwave. The AC was push button old and had some dust, but it worked! Wifi dropped once but was otherwise good. Satellite TV. Staff is friendly and will sell you water, can soda or chips for a buck and will give you half a bucket of ice when asked. Housekeeping is by request and they have grab and go (preferably not to your room) food. Taco Bell is right next door. Carafes, safe to say, don't keep coffee or water hot. Might be better to just have a 12 cup coffee pot instead. It was a little out of the way to commute for work to the Rez but it's right off the interstate, across the street from the busy trains.

Smoking rooms. We have stayed here on the way and on the way back from Arizona. Both times were great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good shower pressure. Place seems to be doing some upgrade but rooms are clean and roomy. Location is easy to get to and not crowded or in crazy busy area.

If their rooms are as dirty as their business practices you’re in trouble. I reserved this room over a week ago and they didn’t honor my reservations, nor did they honor the 4 other parties who also had reservations who were also there at the same time. The lady at the desk seemed to be frustrated with everyone..and only gave us a toll free number to call., claims she can’t help it We wanted to see the full eclipse, but it was ruined. Never ever again will I stay in a Choice hotel. The main entrance looked run down and dirty, so that’s usually a good indicator of the room. Choice hotels has lost our business forever.** A few weeks later the charge for the room showed up on our credit card. I called the 1-800 number and was told it was because we were a no show, as you can imagine, we had long discussion about what happened. I was told to call the hotel directly. I was told the manager would call me back, she did and the charge was reversed. None of this should ever happen.

Hotel has mice running around. Saw 2 mice in lobby and breakfast area. Further, BED BUGS!!!! Lady at front desk was notified of situation sadly it seemed she did not care. Side door does not close completely nor does it lock so anyone can enter, not safe at all. Walking in, you can smell cigarette smoke and marijuana. The staff, their customer service was terrible. Breakfast, do not trust the food, remember there are mice. Do they even sanitize the hotel???? Bed and bath linens are very old, not sure if they wash them. MOLD in bathroom and you could see mold on bathroom floor too. Walls are dirty. Cob webs at the corners of ceiling. Headboard had dust. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The ice machine worked. The rooms were clean and comfortable.Traveling across the country, doing my best to keep it affordable.This hotel met and exceeded expectations.Good breakfast

Gross. The rest of my crew was cheap and didn’t bother asking the front desk for another room. But if every room was like the one I stayed in I would STAY AWAY. Dirty hand towels. Dirty floor. Streaks on the wall. Holes in the ceiling in the hallways.

September 22, 2023. room 215 is clean. The room has a microwave, refrigerator, and TV. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a large parking lot. The place is quiet, close to many food and grocery outlets. I recommend.
