We were driving from Salt Lake City to Houston and had a flat tire. The gentleman at this Autozone went beyond expectations and helped us get the tire repaired and on our way. We really appreciate his kindness :)

I've called this place but Ive been put on hold for 15mins.... called right back still on on hold for 5 mins and I just gave up! Auto Zone needs to improvement on telemarketing/customer service.

I tried calling the store in Gallup N.M but all I got was put on hold and then was hung up on after some timeI went to a different auto part store up the street and I was able to everything I needI have never had this experience with auto zone and I pay a lot of parts from thereI guess I will be taking my business elsewhere

I purchased headlights at a different AutoZone but found out that my Jeep takes a totally different type other than what was sold to me. I have lost my receipt but I have an account with AutoZone that should show my purchase. I came in today to try to return the headlights and purchase the right ones but I was denied. They didn't bother to look up my account or help in any way. Unless autozone can help me with this situation I will buy my parts from Amazon from now on.
