Justin V. the Autozone Tech in Gallup, NM Northside went above and beyond and helped me inspect the tension pulley and my car and recommended so "I wouldn't be stuck sitting beside the road somewhere" that it really needed to be replaced and helped me pick out the correct parts. Very helpful. Ask for his assistance!

The guy that helped me was rude and there was no customer service at all. Came back in a 2nd time and he avoided me. I just needed to exchange a cv axel. First one they gave me was to short. I left in a bad mood so I will be going to O'Reillys from now on.

Bought a 200$ part NOT INSTALLED and wouldn’t give me a refund only would give me the same part (which didn’t fit) told me to speak to a manager and he didn’t do anything but the same thing 0 stars if I could this place really needs help.

No customer service, been there three times to exchange a belt. Today will be my fourth time going back to exchange a belt. First 3 serpentine belt were to long. Asked each time this in is the right one all said yes.. no one really has knowledge of what they're doing there.
First time I tried to exchange they didn't let me because of no receipt and could find what I purchased in store with my award account and still couldn't find my warranty. Sad to say I'll be getting a refund and going to O'Reilly's. Manger there on site was no help at all..

Store is really small. Definitely needs a bigger location and a bigger parking lot. Decent prices. Best to order parts online for pickup. Huge pothole at the entrance. Beware. Bonus: you can get a $5 scarf and barf next door at the little ceasers

We were driving from Salt Lake City to Houston and had a flat tire. The gentleman at this Autozone went beyond expectations and helped us get the tire repaired and on our way. We really appreciate his kindness :)

I've called this place but Ive been put on hold for 15mins.... called right back still on on hold for 5 mins and I just gave up! Auto Zone needs to improvement on telemarketing/customer service.
