Price they quoted for transmission was $1000 more than local competitor, labor was $400 more. Glad I shopped around and went somewhere else.

These are the people you want to talk to when your car breaks down on your way home from a monster road trip. We were headed back from California when our car suddenly would not go into drive, or park, or any gear that would produce movement. Anyway, luckily we were only 2 miles away so a quick tow over and these guys were on the job. Come to find out our transmission has failed. Super fun times to be had when you're 900 miles away from home. However, the owner (Antonio I think) and his dudes were so professional and kind to our road weary family, even refusing to charge us for the labor and diagnostics they performed. We ended up having our car towed to the Ford dealership because they are going to be able to get the work done faster but the guys are Auto Works are fair and fabulous. Check them out if you're a local or if you happen to get stranded anywhere around Gallup.

Thanks for your prompt response to my auto needs. An associate from Point S Tire recommended you and a handful of shops, I tried taking it to Firestone at first, but the vibe there I didn't like; overrun and the mechanics there seemed like they "checked out" for the day.
I'm glad I came to autoworks, They took my car in right away, got my car done in a timely manner, and the seats in the waiting area were very cool. Thanks Anthony ? I'll be coming back again if I need something for my car again.

The Mechanics are super helpful and very knowledgeable here. I had a hose blow and almost blew out my engine and was stuck.
I barely drove it in and fortunately Jeff was available to look at my vehicle and saved me literally days of having to wait for parts and was able to do a great repair job the same day and I was able to arrive at my destination, 12 hours away.
Very trustworthy mechanics and super helpful people. Thank you for being here and for the service you offer to people! You guys are the best!

It's hard to find a GOOD mechanic and when you find one, they're worth more than their weight in gold! Although they had my baby for 3 weeks, they are extremely thorough and got the job done! Very satisfied and happy with the constant communication, you don't get that...EVER!! They even found stuff that the last dude COMPLETELY MISSED!! Thanks Autoworks for a job well done. I think I might have found THE ONE ?

Thanks to all the guy's at AutoWorks for doing a fantastic job on fixing my 2015 F150. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Not very often this happens. They do great work and do it right the first time!! I will be taking all vehicles to Anthony and his crew. I suggest you do the same!!

Took my caddy in for an alignment. Got me in and out in a couple hours. Exhaust work is reasonable, am planning on bringing several trucks in. Employees are cool. They even sent a guy out to get some coffee when they were out.
