All the people that work here are very nice and accommodating. I was upset thinking my disabled room had been given away as an upgrade...that's not the case. There was another disabled person staying for several days....makes everything understandable...but the bathtub is very slippery! Watch out! The air conditioning blew colder than I expected and that was a wonderful surprise. Thank you all.

Terrible place in a horrible location unless you like the sound of trains passing by every 15 to 30 minutes and blasting its horn.Just spend 20 extra dollars and go to a decent place down the road away from this dump.

Good place to stay, clean rooms, amazing brakafast, friendly stuff. Sometimes during the night you can hear trains. Great value for money.

Can't beat the price but keep in mind that there is the train passing by a few meters away and it's honking everytimes it's here.

Booked thru Expedia. Got a a good night sleep on our way to The Grand Canyon. Easy check in. The room was basic and the furniture was somewhat dated but clean and comfortable. The bed was great. The water pressure was exceptional. Was not expecting a microwave, mini fridge but a nice amenity. Great stay for a great price.

WARNING : the nearby trains are honking all through the night, 4 am, 5 am... incredible.
you probably will wake up 10 times.
the room was actually good, but it is not understandable why windows are not isolated in this location, or bricked up.
the only reason to book a hotel is : to sleep!
hoteliers do not seem to understand this.

Me and my husband have just checked out of your hotel.
We are visitors to your country, having been in the US for 2 weeks.
Our one nights stay at your hotel was awful. There is no way we should of been given this room (230) - closest to the railway tracks. The noise was incredible ALL night ?
I spoke to the lady at reception on checking out. “I’m sorry ma’am” just doesn’t ‘cut it’. At the very least an offer of a refund would’ve been appreciated.
We look forward to your response.
Rooms: The furniture & windowsill was covered in grit and several long, black hairs on bathroom floor
(we both have short, grey hair)
And VERY noisy.

I do not recommend it.
The rooms are very old.
The bathroom is old and dirty.
It is next to the trailer rest area, there is a lot of truck noise and the train runs all night.
There were very suspicious people.
Advantage that there is a gas station with a store that connects to the reception.
The curtains in the room do not close completely.
In general an ugly place.

Its located at the travel center, the room was very clean and decent, Not much noise, there was security with did regular patrols. The only drawback was no Wifi in the room, when I asked about it I was told they are getting new WIfi system and its not up yet. Similarly there was no breakfast(even though I think during booking it said there is), I was told they are renovating their breakfast location.
Rooms: clean and comfortable
Safety: felt safe
Food & drinks: The indian restaurant nearby is good

Our first and last time here.
My husband went to get some soda, while he was there he decided to check out the restaurant, as soon as he walked in, he got chased out. He was accused of doing something wrong. (Wasn't told what) I don't know if that was discrimination but sure ain't coming back to this place

The reason I'm giving such a low rating was well because of the employees that work there were being so very loud, drinking alcohol and had a pipe no Regards to the guest in the hotel at all... the locks were no longer the card readers only just a simple key that anyone could make a copy of the room key, which there trying to fix that situation but was scary and unsafe for us... the room it self we stayed in was a king suite the room was very nice just wish we could have enjoyed it... after the issues we had the site general manager Anthony Alires was very nice to be able to handle all the bad situations ans correct them...appreciated how he seen and heard our concerns and jumped on fixing it all... so thankful to him... the supervisor for TA store absolutely wonderful as well she was so kind, and very professional great customer service from her, you can totally tell she felt very sorry... with her and Anthony I know this hotel well get better and stronger as they fix what they have jumped into the position they took... strong manager and supervisor I feel strongly things will get better for that location...

Room look great. Best beds they are huge. Great customer service. Manager was cleaning rooms. I've never saw that before great job on new Hotel Management. I wasn't sure I wanted to stay there but I'm glad I did I highly suggest this Hotel.Rooms: Everything is redone it looks way better then it did beforeFood & drinks: Restaurant right there they even offer room service

The heater was covered in lint, dust, just unsatisfied with my stay. I took pictures of everything. Omg even the coffee maker was cajed with gooy stuff, with brown water.
