Driving back to GA from CA with three kids in the car and hit something on the highway causing a flat. A truck was sent within an hour. We were taken to town, dropped the car at a tire shop and even dropped us off at our hotel. Quick, dependable, kind and reasonably priced! THANK YOU!!!

We had an emergency muffler issue while traveling and these guys got us in and done fast. They delivered more than promised and did it in a manner we could afford. They were amazing to work with and we are so grateful. We cannot say enough good about them.

My husband and I were heading to our San Antonio, Texas, home from Salt Lake City, Utah. We hit a large pothole flattering two tires just past exit 53 on I40 about 30 miles east of Gallup, New Mexico. David was the best. He arrived about 45 minutes after we made our call. He then towed us to the Subaru dealer in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which was 115 miles from the famous pothole. The drive that would usually have taken 1 1/2 hours took 3 hours because of road word. David was able to keep us entertained throughout our misfortune and long drive. I would highly recommend David at American Muffler & Towing a 1000 times.
Thank you once again, David, from one Frenchie lover to another.

I would give ten stars if I could. David was the best. He and Jason went beyond just giving me a tow. They didn't leave until my car was loaded onto the u haul trailer. I have a metal plate and screws holding my back together. I wouldn't have ever done that alone. I was having trouble with the ap on my phone, and they even helped me through that too. It's the people who work there that make, or break any business. I was lucky to find these two people. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH.

They've been there for me TWICE now for their towing services and able to get me back on the road with the repair of some studs and getting me some new rims for my ride. I'll definitely be back for some new kicks ? Thanks Pancho for good looking out! ?

Stranded vehicle, unable to move it in a lane on a highway in a dangerous position. This company was alerted by our insurance company and we had an ETA that constantly read between 50-65 minutes 2 hours after confirmation they were in the way. One, just one call to the company and the attitude started with ‘your provider gave you an ETA don’t bother me’. Arrived with the ETA still showing 60 minutes out. Attitude continued with ‘I’m here as a privilege, I don’t have to tow you’. When I pointed out he was being paid and this was a service job, driver ‘Mike’ told me I could ride in the back inside the towed vehicle. I told him I knew that is illegal in NM and it would be his ticket, but happy at that point to ride there, which I was, Illegally, allowed to do (speaking of illegal driver truck has 14-inch crack in windshield in line of vision). So, paying for a tow in an emergency situation is now a ‘privilege’ with this company. Making *one* call to check ETA in an emergency is a burden which tees off the driver to the point he wants to fight with customers. Do I really need to add ‘avoid’?

Super disappointed in what happened to us yesterday. My family (including our dogs and 9 year old daughter) got stuck in deep snow in the mountains. After calling our insurance company- we were told this company had soonest available to help. After 2 hours of waiting and trying to call him, I finally got ahold of him when he told us he will not do those rescues but he may know someone in Grants who could. We were stranded ALL day and kept calling and calling with no response to even tell us that guy wouldn’t do it. On top of it all, we continued to get updates from our insurance company that he was on his way and that he even completed the job! Not a very stand up guy like all these people keep saying to leave a family with a 9 year old stranded in the mountains with not even a call back to tell us he definitely wouldn’t be able to help us.

I want to share good things with you. place if you have a burst tire or something else, you can come here. The owner and guys here are very adequate. They helped me, everything was great. Thank them very much, they did everything. I recommend!!!

These guys did an awesome job even though one person couldn't handle it on their own he got his friend who lived nearby and they work together to winch me out of a ravine he didn't say no I can't do it you said where there's a will there's a way and he made it happen. Poncho is the best.
