I find this place to be very good & has filled my needs several times. Safeway, Speedway, Subway, Big-5, Family Dollar, Starbucks, Sizzler, Taco Bell, Denny's & McDonald's.

The traffic can be bad on Saturday but you can find a parking spot to enter the store of your choice.
