We made our payment on time but still charged a late fee…. They’ll get more money out of you for every little thing,The “manager” told us our payment was due the 3rd of every month. Today I made the payment and I see we were charged a $30+ late fee on top of our lease.I can’t wait to pay these off so we don’t have to deal with this company anymore. They have rude customer service, when you ask questions the ladies get offended and the guy there ain’t no help, he said he’s the manager and gets rude with you when you’re a day behind. One time he asked “what happened to your money? You know your payments due today?” Don’t shop here unless you like being treated like trash. We spoke with an ALBERTA, she needs to work on her customer service.

I always buy 4 grand a year. Just watch how they deliver the product dents will happen. You have to watch closely.

I'm tired of this place, I purchased 2 items and they do not process the payments on time. Now I'm supposedly late on my items because Aarons didn't process on time? It's like this every month.... I'm seriously thinking of returning the items. Plus when you ask for the manager to return call the rude lady that takes the message never relays the message...I asked for the main manager and she said she "was" the main manager, I told her, "with that type of customer service you are NOT a manager." Then she broke down and said she was the assistant manager....plus after payment was finally processed they kept sending their truck to pick up the items. I wanted to take advantage of the payment options on their website but it seems like this Aarons don't want to assist their customers especially with the rude lady blocking all requests for the main manager. We need another way to contact main manager instead of this lady with no customer service experience.

I purchased a washer from this location. I was given a date of delivery and the appliance was never delivered. I called twice to the store, spoke to two different employees and they told me delivery driver will be there. Made my phone call at 7:26pm, I am still waiting and the time is 9:30pm. Both times I called the store I just got excuses and was assured the driver will be there. Very disappointed on how I was treated and the excuses they provided. I would not recommend their truck delivery service, I suggest you get someone to help bring your stuff back or rent your own truck. On one of the phone calls to the Gallup store, I was told to have the delivery driver call the store if he showed up at my house. What kind of business tells their customers to have their delivery driver to call to the store for them.

I called to see if the store carries recliners. I was told yes, several here in store. I said I was gonna get one today and the lady said "Sorry, there's not enough people working to load it up for you" what kind of business is this? Will never bother shopping at this place nor call.

Had a bad experience with one of the employee on May 13th between 12pm - 120pm.. return 2 merchandise but was demand payment because I got behind on one i want to keep but I told her tht I get paid the next day but she got mad and still demand payment until the main accountant came and she kindly told me to pay until closing time.. I don't know if that was the manager (clearly Aarons managers dont have tht kind of attitude) or if she was acting like a "B" when the manager is not there.. she kind of short and chubby with bad mascara.. I'm just gonna payoff this merchandise from here and just go back to farmington aaron they treat their customers like family..

I like this place a lot. Very open, BIG, and smells good... I have gotten a few things from this store specifically. The staff tries very hard and have seen them do more. The staff is real cool. There are even manager special times that tons of items are priced to point where you will be walking out with something the same day. It is awesome. I feel very welcome and feel like I am treated like a princess every time I come through.

I purchased 2 items and opted for the 4 months same as cash. The employee that helped me do this did not hear listen or understand when I asked that my last payment pay the total remaining balance. I set this up in person. When i purchases the second item. The payment was never taken out with the automatic payment option that we went over on the specific day we agreed upon. Now I am stuck paying an extra x amount in interest. I have sent several emails and when I call I ask to speak with the manager. And they are never available. And my emails go with out response or resolve. This is absolute complacency and in my options racketeering and illegal business practices. Goodluck with anyone else dealing with this business.

a big shout out to Cherlene, the store manager and the delivery drivers! they helped me with getting my order in a timely matter. They even went as far as delivering my items the next day because my vehicle wasn’t big enough.THANK YOU ❤️
