I recently brought my car in for an oil change and made it clear to the lady who took my car that I expected the service to be free, as I had been told by multiple FordPass representatives that my 11,000 points would cover it. I dropped my car off at 8:43 AM and waited for hours without any updates—only receiving a text at 9:36 AM asking for permission to text me.
When I finally went in to check on my car, I was surprised to find out that the service had been completed for a while. Even more frustrating, I was initially charged around $108, despite my understanding that the oil change would be free. After insisting they apply my FordPass points, the cost was reduced by $55, but this still left me with a charge.
It’s ridiculous that I was lied to, made to wait for hours, and then charged for a service that should have been free. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating.

Great communication and service. The “Hazard” charge on my bill just doesn't fly though. I was informed it is a % of my total bill which goes toward the uniform cleaning, rags etc. of the mechanics. WHAT??!! My bill was $170.ish and my “Hazard” fee was 12.00. Can you imagine if my service fee were 3000.00????!!

Sherry Davis, in service is the best. Makes sure you are taken care of and communicates eveything . I only go to her for service of my F-150 2016 truck. I am sure others are just as great but we've already developed a relationship and she has become familiar with my truck. Thank you shery!

Always trust these guys with my car for service. If I need a ride home, they have a shuttle that takes me home, and picks me back up when my car is finished.
