The overall experience at Ziems was professional. I brought my 2023 CRV in to get my door repainted after it was damaged at Unique Detail and Hydraulics. The color matches, my vehicle was kept clean, inside and out. The front office staff were professional (Alicia and Skyler) and Theron kept in contact of the status during my vehicles stay. The turnaround time was a week.

Someone rear-ended my vehicle. Ziems performed quality work and had my vehicle repaired and looking like new before their estimated completion date. I was kept up-to-date twice weekly throughout the repair process.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job on both my vehicles. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Delivered the vehicle when promised and the vehicle was cleaner when I got it back then when it was dropped off. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and service I received. Thanks guys!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My grandma went to go ask a simple question to the manager and he was so rude. I don’t know what happened to the other people who used work there but my grandma is really sweet and the joking type, it was so unprofessional. He was threatening to call the cops on her. This was in the body shop manager.

This body shop did an excellent job! They kept me informed along the way and assisted me in attaining a loaner vehicle when circumstances extended there completion date. Very professional staff, very professional work.

Exceptional service! We were greatly taken care of by the manager Jeff Dunn and all other employees involved. The work was done in a timely matter and we were updated on the progress two times a week by Theron. We will continue to use and highly recommend Ziems Ford Body Shop.
